How do I return my order?Updated a year ago

Please do not return any orders without receiving an authorization and RMA number. Any unsolicited returns may have the refund refused. 

You can return your order by any method you prefer. However, we recommend using a tracked service to ensure it does not get lost on its way back to us.

Please package any returns securely to avoid damage.

What to include with my return?

Please include your name, address and order number along with your returned item(s). Any returns received without this information may slow down the returns process.
