Our residential threshold kits are made from PVC which is more durable than rubber alternatives you may find online. This is why we can confidently provide a 5-year warranty on the threshold seal kits, whilst they only provide 1-year. Rubber threshold seals breakdown with exposure to standing water and sunlight, but ours are UV stabilised and therefore able to be installed outside or inside the garage without issue. 

Our threshold seals are designed by an industrial designer and made in the USA and the UK, whilst the cheap rubber ones are usually made in China. 

Also, we also provide a wide range of sizes for our threshold seal kits. Our range of sizes allow you to pick the ideal seal to keep your garage dry and free from debris. The competitors are usually only very small and are not able to handle the heavy flooding that our flood barriers can.
