For all orders over $400, a signature requirement will be placed on the shipment. This is to protect orders from being stolen or going missing.
If you are not available to sign for the parcel, you can contact the courier with the tracking number provided to either arrange a specific delivery date where you will be available or arrange for the parcel to be left at a local pick-up point for you to collect.
For any order over $400 where you do not wish to have a signature requirement on the shipment, we will not be responsible for any missing or stolen packages.
