All GaraDry® garage door thresholds come with a 5-year warranty. If you have any problems with a product purchased from us during that time, we'll gladly replace it.

Please contact us with your order number, and we'll assist as best we can.

To process your warranty claim we may ask questions related to the usage of the product.

To replace the item under warranty, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must have been purchased directly from GaraDry®.
• The item must have been installed correctly and used for the purpose it was designed for.
• Threshold seals must only have been used with vehicles under the weight limit.
• In the case where the item should be glued down, GaraDry® adhesive & sealant must be used.
