Customer service is available from 9am to 5pm Eastern Time on 866-563-2707. Calls made outside of these hours will be able to leave a voicemail which will be responded to as soon as possible.

GaraDry® operates a live chat facility via our website if you would like to contact one of customer service team this way. As with our telephone line, our live chat is manned 9am to 5pm Eastern time and therefore responses outside of these hours may be delayed.
